ZParlay and TeaZer Cards

As part of our select sports betting options, we offer our ZParlay and TeaZer cards to our customers. If you would like to place one today, just log in to your account or sign up for a new account if you do not have one already. Rules

A maximum of 20 ZParlay and 20 TeaZer cards are allowed per customer.
Your account will be charged once your ZParlay or TeaZer card is accepted.
Winning cards will be credited to your account every Tuesday by 3 pm EST.
Card lines do not move.
Cards are limited to a $100 maximum wager and a $5,000 maximum payout.
Cards containing winners to a postponed game will reduce to the next lowest parlay.
In the event that it is a 3-team parlay and it reverts to a 2-team parlay, the 2-team parlay will pay 5/2. This does not apply to tie games.
Any tie is a loss.
